Locating the HVSAPS Access Assessment tool

The HVSAPS Access Assessments tool is available under the Access permits menu - Access assessment.

Access assessments tabs

The Access assessments has 5 default tabs:

  1. All - will list all access assessments created under your customer account.

  2. Draft - will list all access assessments which have not been submitted or archived.

  3. Submitted - will list all access assessments which have been submitted.

  4. Expired - will list all access assessments which have been submitted and completed/refused and have expired (access assessments remain valid for 2 weeks from completion)

  5. Archived - will list all access assessments which have been archived.

Access assessments data table

  1. Scroll through the list or use the drop-down filters to find an access assessment application.

  2. Select Tab Options> to change columns, clear filters or export information.

Search and Filters

Use the drop-down under each column to search / filter application list.

Click on the column headers to sort the list on that parameter.

Custom Tabs

Create a custom view of the available information by adding a custom tab.

Select Add Tab to create a custom tab.

Tab Options

Use the drop-down Tab Options menu to change columns in the current view, clear filters or export vehicle configuration information.

Actions

This function allows bulk updating. For example, archiving multiple access assessment applications.

This option is only active when one or more of the applications is selected.

Select drop-down Actions to view options.
