Manage Accreditation - Customer

NOTE: To use the NHVR Portal the user must:

  • have a production Portal account;

  • have the required Permission level to submit application

  • be logged in to Portal and

  • completed the verification process (this is a once-off process).


1. Navigate to Accreditation via the menu.

2. For 'manage' to display, there must be an active accreditation module available.

3. There is also a 'quick view' timeline to easily see any upcoming key dates.

4. Select 'Manage Accreditation' for the options to appear

5. Select Update vehicles to start a new application, fill vehicle details. To remove an vehicle from your accreditation , click delete (bin) icon next to the row for the vehicle you want to remove.
