1. Log into you NHVRGo account
2. Navigate to: Incident Report under the Information Hub menu item
3. Enter: accreditation number
4. Complete the information in the form:
· Vehicle involved in incident (Registration, VIN or accreditation label)
· Incident details
· Conditions
· Cause of incident
5. Verify that you are not a robot and click submit incident report
6. Once submitted the nominated contact person will receive email notification
