This can occur when there have been recent changes to road data in Open Street Maps, most likely a change of name. These changes are reflected almost immediately (within 10 minutes) in the data used to calculate the route and produce the route summary but can take several days (usually within 2-3 days but can be up to a week) for these to be reflected on the base map. While this may result in some confusion is allows the changes to be reflected in the calculated route as soon as possible and not delay permit processing.
