What is a Company Director or Primary Representative?
· If you are enrolling or enrolled in NHVAS/HVA with the NHVR, you will be required to nominate a Company Director / Primary Representative.
· If you have an account in your Individual Name (not a company name), the person nominated for the Primary Representative, must be the same name.
· If you have an account in a Business or Company Name, the person nominated must be the Company Director.
· A company director is a person that has been issued a Director Identification Number (Director ID) whose name appears as nominated as an office holder with the role of Director with ASIC, for a specified PTY LTD company. Director IDs are only issued by the Australia Business Registry Services (ABRS) after the person’s identity as been verified by the ABRS.
1. Log into your NHVRGO account
When you are logged in, your name and email address will be displayed in the top right corner of the screen, next to your Account name.
Check that you are in the correct account and that the person who is nominating as the Company Director/Primary Representative is the person logged in to the account.
2. Do you have a correct access?
Can you see Accreditation on your Home Screen?
If you do not have the Accreditation box on your home screen, or the icon on the left hand side of the screen, you do not have the correct access to view Accreditation Services.
If you cannot see Accreditation as an option on your home screen, Go to Account > Manage Customer Account.
Click on the Users Tab at the top of your screen and then click on your name.
You will then be able to see the access allocated to you. Any Administrator on the Account (Access Level) can grant you access.
3. Have you Verified your ID?
If you can see Accreditation as an option on your home screen, click on it to see if you need to verify your ID.
If you are not verified, you will need to click on 'continue to verification'. If you are verified, you will be able to access Accreditation Services.
Follow the prompts to verify your ID
4. Navigate to Account
5. Select Manage customer account
6. Click the blue button on ADD PRIMARY REPRESENTATIVE
If you don’t see a blue button - ‘ADD PRIMARY REPRESENTATIVE’ then you need to go back to step 3 to verify your identity first.
