Log into your NHVRGo account
2. Navigate to: Accreditation
3. Select: Orders
4. Select: Interception report book
5. Add an application nickname name (optional) then, click Start
6. Use the numeric stepper to indicate how many interception books are needed then, click Next
7. Select a delivery address from the existing operating addresses then, click Next
Note: To add a new delivery address, select New address and enter the details in the Delivery location section.
8. Add: additional comments regarding your application (optional) then, click Next
9. Complete the declarations and click: Submit Application
