NOTE: To use the NHVR Portal the user must:

  • have a production Portal account;

  • have the required Permission level to submit application; and

  • be logged in to Portal.



To use the NHVR Portal the user must:

  • have a production Portal account;

  • have the required Permission level to submit application; and

  • be logged in to Portal.

  1. Navigate to Vehicle Standards > Case Tracker


  2. Click on the case and navigate to the CONSULTATION tab.

  3. Select a decision.


  4. If 'approving with conditions', select Add conditions.


  5. Then SUBMIT REQUEST.
