How is the client sign off on Design Approvals captured in the NHVR Portal?

With the Part A document now generated in the NHVR Portal, how is the client sign off to be captured?

Updated over 2 years ago

Prior to the PBS Design Approval 'full feature' smart form, as part of confirming the accuracy of information provided by clients, PBS Assessors used the client sign off panel on the Part A document.

The NHVR does not require a record of a client sign off on information provided by clients to the PBS Assessor.

As part of submitting a PBS Design Approval application in the NHVR Portal, the NHVR seeks a declaration from the PBS Assessor that all information provided in the application is complete and accurate. For information sourced from the client or other parties the NHVR expects appropriate records are held by the PBS Assessor to evidence the completeness and accuracy of information provided in the application.
