Making changes to user types and roles

You will need to be an ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR to be able to make changes to the customer account.

1. Navigate to Account > Manage customer account on the side bar menu.

2. Select Users tab.

3. Select the User (existing) or Add New User.

4. View the User Type and table of what the user can and can't do either at the Account Level or for each specific module/ service area.
