1. Navigate to NHVR Portal Login – www.service.nhvr.gov.au
2. Complete Email address and password. Click Sign In.
3. Forgotten password? Click Forgot your password? You will be sent an email to reset it.
4. Click Manage Memberships.
5. Navigate to the drop-down under Membership Status > Accept or Reject Membership.
6. If you accept, the home page will open.
7. If you do not have an invitation to join an account, you will see the join existing account screen.
8. Select Join an Existing Account.
9. Click Join Customer Account.
10. Enter the Account Number (RCN) for the account you wish to join.
